Mateusz Lis

 Mateusz Lis is a Polish-born football player and continues his professional career as a goalkeeper. As of 2023 he is playing for Göztepe one of the Turkish Super League teams. Born on November 26 1997 Lis started his career at the Polish club Cracovia and then played in various clubs. Before his transfer to Göztepe he worked as a goalkeeper for Wisła Kraków one of the most important clubs in Poland. Gaining experience at both club and national team levels Lis draws attention especially with his reflexes, quick reactions and success in ball control. With his performance in Göztepe, he made a rapid start to his first years in the Super League and became one of the most reliable players of his team.

Omlette Recipe

Ingredients: -2 eggs -salt  -1 tablespoon butter or oil Instructions: 1-Beat the eggs. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them well with a fork or whisk. Season with salt. 2-Heat the pan. Place a non-stick skillet or frying pan on medium heat and add butter or oil. 3-Cook the eggs. Once the butter is melted or the oil is hot pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Tilt the pan to spread the eggs evenly. 4-Fold the omelette. When the eggs are fully set but still slightly soft on top fold the omelette in half covering the fillings. 5-Serve. Gently slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious omlette!
