Omlette Recipe

Ingredients:

-2 eggs

-salt 

-1 tablespoon butter or oil

Instructions:

1-Beat the eggs. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them well with a fork or whisk. Season with salt.

2-Heat the pan. Place a non-stick skillet or frying pan on medium heat and add butter or oil.

3-Cook the eggs. Once the butter is melted or the oil is hot pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Tilt the pan to spread the eggs evenly.

4-Fold the omelette. When the eggs are fully set but still slightly soft on top fold the omelette in half covering the fillings.

5-Serve. Gently slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately.
